Welcome to Mikajam Trading. By using our website, making a purchase, or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. About Us

Mikajam Trading ("we," "our," "us") is an online business based in the UK. We specialise in high-quality baby products, with plans to expand into additional lifestyle and family essentials.

2. Products & Orders

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations (e.g., colour tones) may occur.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (name, delivery address, payment details) are correct and valid.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
     

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. We accept:

    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    • PayPal
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)
       
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time but confirmed orders will not be affected.
     

4. Klarna Payment Terms

  • When choosing Klarna at checkout, you enter into an agreement directly with Klarna Bank AB (publ).
  • Klarna may perform a soft credit check to determine your eligibility. This will not affect your credit score.
  • Payments are subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions, which you must review and accept at checkout.
  • If you fail to make payments on time, Klarna may charge late fees and this may impact your ability to use Klarna in the future.
  • For any Klarna-related payment issues, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.
     

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g., courier issues, customs checks).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered.
     

6. Returns & Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days.
  • We will assess the product, and if found faulty, provide a replacement.
  • Processing of faulty claims may take up to 3 working days.
  • For non-faulty returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense.
     

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.


Return and Refund Policy

At Mikajam Trading, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.


Returns

  • You may return non-faulty items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Info@mikajam.com.
  • We may request photos or a short description of the issue to help us assess. 
  • If the item is confirmed faulty, we will replace it free of charge. 
  • Processing faulty claims may take up to 3 working days once we receive your request.
     

Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Once processed, refunds can take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you used Klarna or another Buy Now Pay Later service, refunds will be reflected in your Klarna account.
     

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different colour or style, please return your original order and place a new one.
